It makes a rich Negroni with gin and bitter aperitivo, a Manhattan with rye whiskey and bitters, a Boulevardier with bourbon, and a classic Americano with bitter aperitivo and soda. Pair it with olives, charcuterie, roasted nuts and aged cheeses. For a gathering, chill the bottle and set out glasses, ice and garnishes so guests can serve themselves. A bottle also makes a thoughtful host gift for a dinner party or the holidays. Like any wine-based aperitif, keep the bottle in the refrigerator once opened and enjoy it within a few weeks while it is fresh.

Frequently Asked Questions

What botanicals are in it?
Wormwood, Seville orange, allspice, coriander and chicory.

How do I use it?
On the rocks, or in a Negroni, Manhattan, Boulevardier or Americano.

How strong is it?
It is bottled at 17% ABV.

Explore more in our Wine collection.
