Her gin pays homage to the great English-style gins of her era, with a forward-thinking Code of 10 Botanicals, including Italian juniper and rose petals and lemon peel from the Coppola family estates in Napa, plus pure spring water from the Napa estate. It is distilled in a custom copper pot still using maceration and botanical-basket extraction; its Master Distiller describes it as an orchestra where every botanical has a voice but none scream for attention.

Aromas of rose petals, lavender and juniper lead to estate lemon on the palate, with a hint of cinnamon and salinity, elegant and well balanced.

The portrait label makes it a meaningful gift for women in science and tech.

English-style gins lean on juniper balanced by citrus and florals.

Serve it with a premium tonic and a lemon wheel.

It makes an elegant French 75 with sparkling wine.

Try it in a Bee's Knees with honey and lemon.

A dry Martini shows off its floral notes.

Pair a G&T with shellfish.

It is a great gift for anyone who admires pioneering women.

Its illustrated label is a conversation starter.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Rose petals, lavender, juniper.

Palate: Meyer-style lemon, cinnamon, salinity.

Character: Elegant and balanced.

Specifications

Brand: Great Women Spirits by Francis Ford Coppola

Style: English-style dry gin

Botanicals: 10, incl.
