ay-pa-todos-tequila-blanco-1l
Ay Pa' Todos Tequila Blanco 1L

Ay Pa' Todos Blanco is an additive-free, 100% blue agave tequila from Hacienda Casa Macías (NOM 1621) in Tequila, Jalisco, bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV) in a one-liter bottle.

Pa' Todos means for everyone, and the label calls it un tequila inclusivo: a premium, additive-free tequila priced so every bar can pour it. It is made by renowned distiller and still-builder Don Manolo Macías, who founded INOX in 1996 to build tequila stills for other producers and opened his own dream distillery, Hacienda Casa Macías, in 2018.

The agave is slow roasted, gently pressed and fermented the traditional way, then distilled and bottled on site at the distillery. The Blanco is bottled unaged, so the clean, bright character of the cooked agave comes through in every pour.

Expect cooked agave, citrus and fresh herbs on the nose, a crisp, peppery palate with a touch of sweetness, and a clean, bright finish.

Ay Pa' Todos Blanco is made to be poured generously. Shake a classic Margarita with fresh lime and agave syrup, build a Paloma with grapefruit soda, or mix a Ranch Water with sparkling water and lime. Its bold agave character also shines in a Tequila Tonic, a spicy Margarita or a pitcher of Palomas for a party. The one-liter bottle is perfect for home bartenders and gatherings. Pair it with tacos al pastor, carnitas, ceviche and fresh salsa. An honest, additive-free tequila at an everyday price, it is a crowd-pleaser and a smart staple for any bar.

Blanco tequila is bottled unaged or rested for less than two months, so it shows the agave at its purest: bright, peppery and fresh. It is the classic choice for margaritas and palomas, and a good blanco is just as rewarding sipped neat.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Cooked agave, citrus, fresh herbs.

Palate: Crisp, peppery, touch of sweetness.

Finish: Clean and bright.

Specifications

Distillery: Hacienda Casa Macías (NOM 1621), Tequila, Jalisco

Agave: 100% blue agave

Notes: Additive free

Style: Blanco tequila

Proof / ABV: 80 proof (40% ABV)

Size: 1L

How to Enjoy It

Shake a Margarita, or mix a Ranch Water.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Pa' Todos mean?
For everyone.

Is it additive free?
Yes.

Who makes it?
Don Manolo Macías at Hacienda Casa Macías in Tequila, Jalisco.

Explore more in our Tequila collection.
