First produced in 2002, Beluga Noble was the result of the meticulous efforts of the Mariinsk masters. Its base is malt spirit blended with water drawn from deep Siberian artesian wells. After triple filtration, the vodka is rested for 30 days, a step most vodkas skip, so that its flavors harmonize and its texture becomes smooth and velvety. The bottle carries the brand's signature metal fish emblem.

Clean and soft on the nose with light grain and a faint sweetness, it is smooth and rounded on the palate, with a mild malt character and subtle creamy texture, and finishes clean and gentle with no harsh burn.

The frosted bottle with its fish emblem makes it a classic premium gift.

Malt spirit gives vodka a rounder, softer character than many grain spirits.

Keep it in the freezer for a thick, silky pour.

Serve it neat in a chilled shot glass with smoked fish.

It makes a clean, crisp Martini with a lemon twist.

A vodka soda with lime shows off its smoothness.

The 1-liter bottle is ideal for entertaining.

It is a classic gift for vodka connoisseurs.

Pair a chilled pour with blini and crème fraîche.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Clean, light grain, faint sweetness.

Palate: Smooth, mild malt, creamy.

Finish: Clean and gentle.

Specifications

Distillery: Mariinsk, Siberia, est. 1900

Style: Malt spirit vodka

Water: Siberian artesian wells

Process: Triple filtered, rested 30 days

Proof / ABV: 80 proof (40% ABV)

Region: Russia

Size: 1L

How to Enjoy It

Serve it ice cold and neat in the Eastern European tradition, or use it in a Martini or vodka soda.
