Released under the TB12 name, a nod to his number 12 jersey with the Pittsburgh Steelers, it is bottled straight from the cask at hazmat proof, well above 140.

Bradshaw's flagship bourbons are proofed down to 51.9% ABV in honour of his career pass completion rate, but this highly limited single-barrel selection is bottled completely uncut. Fewer than 25 barrels were produced, and whiskies above 140 proof are known among collectors as hazmat bourbons because they exceed commercial airline carry limits.

Despite its towering strength, the bourbon manages its heat remarkably well, acting as a concentrated delivery system for rich, deep flavours rather than an unapproachable burn. Twelve years in oak give it maturity and depth, and a few drops of water reveal more layers with every pour.

The bottle carries the TB12 badge and Bradshaw's signature on a black label. It is a prized collectable for Steelers fans and a serious bottle for any lover of high-proof bourbon.

Because each barrel differs, this exact whiskey will not be repeated. Bradshaw's portfolio also includes six-year and twelve-year bourbons proofed for everyday sipping, but the uncut single barrels are the ones collectors seek out, and they were first poured publicly at a Houston whiskey bar before reaching shelves.

Specifications

Producer: Bradshaw Bourbon (Terry Bradshaw)

Style: Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, single barrel, uncut

Expression / Batch: TB12 Single Barrel

Age: 12 years

Proof / ABV: 146 proof (73% ABV)

Region: Kentucky, United States

Size: 750ml

How to Enjoy It

At this strength, pour a very small measure and add water generously, a few drops at a time, until the flavours open.
