The idea is simple: sit back and remember your favorite song as you sip.

The whiskey is aged in new American oak, then finished in lightly toasted French oak with just a hint of pure California honey. The interplay of white oak, the peppery spice of rye and the mellow tones of sweet corn whiskey meet the honey for a smooth, soulful sipper with the soft edges of a Tennessee summer evening. Deep dark chocolate, coffee and maple syrup sit underneath a soft honey and butterscotch finish, with aromas of caramel, toasted oak, toffee and French vanilla.

It is a natural gift for country music fans.

American whiskey covers a wide range of styles, from bourbon and rye to single malts and light whiskeys, and independent blenders and small producers have made it one of the most exciting categories in spirits.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Honey, caramel, toasted oak, toffee and French vanilla.

Palate: Dark chocolate, coffee and maple syrup.

Finish: Soft honey and butterscotch.

Specifications

Producer: Cali Distillery, California

Collaboration: Mark Taylor, country singer-songwriter

Style: Bourbon whiskey with honey

Finish: Lightly toasted French oak with California honey

Proof / ABV: 86 proof (43% ABV)

Region: California, USA

Size: 750ml

How to Enjoy It

Sip it neat or over ice, or mix a honey Old Fashioned or a whiskey lemonade.
