The brand's story begins on the Santa María ranch, where the Camarena brothers worked from sunrise to sunset; one cold winter in 1976 the mare Paloma lined up beside the horse Pinto, and together they broke a chain and saved the brothers' lives, the moment that inspired the dream of Tequila Carrera.
