casa-noble-tequila-reposado-750ml
Casa Noble Tequila Reposado 750ml

Casa Noble Reposado is a certified organic, triple-distilled tequila rested for 364 days in new French white oak barrels, one day short of the añejo threshold. It is bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).

Casa Noble makes its tequila with a dedication to quality and sustainability, using 100% CCOF-certified organic blue Weber agave grown in the rich volcanic soil of Jalisco. Masterful harvesting, slow cooking in stone ovens and a proprietary juice-extraction method produce a smooth, complex and elegantly balanced tequila. Most tequila is distilled twice; Casa Noble distills three times.

Resting the reposado for 364 days, the very upper limit of the category, draws out the most French oak character a reposado can have. The result is honey-hued and butterscotch-rich, consistently smooth, with remarkable character and elegance.

The tall, square bottle with its silver crest makes it an elegant gift.

Reposado, meaning rested, is tequila aged between two months and a year in oak, which gives it a pale gold colour and a gentle touch of wood while keeping the agave bright and lively.

Tequila can only be made from blue Weber agave in five designated Mexican states, chiefly Jalisco, and the finest bottlings are made from 100% agave. Sipping tequila is best enjoyed from a narrow-rimmed glass that concentrates the aromas, at room temperature and without salt or lime, so the character of the agave and the barrel can come through.

Tasting Notes

Color: Honey.

Palate: Butterscotch and French oak over cooked agave.

Character: Smooth, complex and balanced.

Specifications

Brand: Casa Noble

Style: Reposado tequila, organic

Agave: 100% CCOF certified organic blue Weber

Distillation: Triple distilled

Aging: 364 days in new French white oak

Proof / ABV: 80 proof (40% ABV)

Region: Jalisco, Mexico

Size: 750ml

How to Enjoy It

Sip it neat or on the rocks, or mix an elevated Margarita.
