Each 100% Blue Weber agave is hand-selected at peak sugar, cooked and roller-milled, fermented with natural wild yeast and distilled in alembic stills, and the añejo is aged to taste rather than to a set time.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIt pours amber. The nose offers heavy sweet agave, vanilla and coconut, with a hint of nutmeg and chocolate.
