A bridge is a connection between one thing and another, and by bringing different single malts together, Eden Mill has created a blended malt that combines the sweet, grassy and floral profile of the Lowlands with the robust, spicy and fruity flavours of Highland whiskies, joining north with south and past with present.

Eden Mill was founded in 2012 on the site of a historic paper mill at Guardbridge, on the banks of the River Eden in Fife, combining a brewery and distillery. Expect vanilla, ripe orchard fruit and soft cereal on the nose, toffee, green apple and gentle warming spice on the palate, and a clean finish of lingering vanilla and fruit.

A taste of St Andrews, it makes a fine gift for Scotch lovers.

Enjoy it neat or with a splash of water.

A blended malt is a marriage of single malts from more than one distillery, with no grain whisky added.

Bottling at 46% ABV keeps more of the whisky's natural texture and flavour.

St Andrews, on Scotland's east coast, is world famous as the home of golf.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Vanilla, ripe orchard fruit and soft cereal.

Palate: Toffee, green apple and gentle spice.

Finish: Clean, with lingering vanilla and fruit.

Specifications

Producer: Eden Mill Distillery

Style: Blended Malt Scotch Whisky

Blend: Lowland and Highland single malts, incl.
