Revival is produced, aged and bottled in Tennessee, made with sour mash and rich limestone water, and aged in single-story warehouses, where cooler, more stable conditions shape the whiskey.

Non-chill filtered bottling preserves its full character. It carries the scent of dry woods, with a palate of layered vanilla, caramel and white oak and nuances of brûlée, baking spice, smoke and leather.

It is a natural gift for music lovers and bourbon fans.

Bourbon must be made in the United States from a mash of at least 51% corn and aged in new charred oak containers, and straight bourbon must be aged at least two years. Those rules give bourbon its characteristic sweetness, with caramel and vanilla drawn from the charred barrels.

A high-rye bourbon carries more peppery spice, balanced here by six years of oak.

Tennessee straight bourbon meets the same rules as Kentucky bourbon: at least 51% corn and new charred oak, with at least two years of aging for straight whiskey.

Single-story warehouses age whiskey more evenly than tall rickhouses, where temperatures vary from floor to floor.

At 92 proof it has the backbone for an Old Fashioned while staying smooth neat.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Dry woods.

Palate: Vanilla, caramel and white oak.

Nuances: Brûlée, baking spice, smoke and leather.

Specifications

Brand: Heaven's Door (Bob Dylan)

Style: Tennessee straight bourbon, high rye, small batch

Age: 6+ years

Bottling: Non-chill filtered

Proof / ABV: 92 proof (46% ABV)

Region: Tennessee, USA

Size: 750ml

How to Enjoy It

Sip it neat or on the rocks, or mix an Old Fashioned.
