After aging, Oak & Eden adds its twist: an American oak spire, seasoned, toasted and infused with Caribbean rum, placed in each bottle so the whiskey keeps finishing on the shelf.

The rum-soaked spire imparts sweet, bright flavors with notes of panela, coconut and molasses over the rye's natural spice.

The visible spire in every bottle makes it a conversation-starting gift.

American rye whiskey is made from a mash of at least 51% rye and aged in new charred oak, giving it a spicier, drier character than bourbon, with notes of pepper, herbs and baking spice.

Finishing in the bottle means the whiskey continues to interact with the spire for as long as it sits on the shelf.

Caribbean rum brings tropical sweetness that balances the rye's spice.

The 95% rye mash bill gives the whiskey a bold, peppery backbone.

A splash of water opens up the coconut and molasses.

It makes a fun twist on a Rum Old Fashioned.

Pour it alongside a glass of aged rum to compare the flavors.

Its playful profile makes it a crowd-pleaser at gatherings.

Tasting Notes

Base: Spicy 95% rye.

Finish: Panela, coconut and molasses.

Character: Sweet and bright.

Specifications

Brand: Oak & Eden

Style: Rye whiskey finished with a rum-soaked oak spire

Mash Bill: 95% rye, 5% malted barley

Spire: Toasted American oak infused with Caribbean rum

Proof / ABV: 90 proof (45% ABV)

Region: USA

Size: 750ml

How to Enjoy It

Sip it neat or on a large cube, or mix a rye-and-rum Old Fashioned.
