Heigold is a high-rye bourbon with a double-malted mash bill, and bottling it uncut lets the full character of each individual barrel come through.

To complement the whiskey, Rabbit Hole's founder Kaveh Zamanian commissioned a series of six original limited-edition illustrations. Each numbered bottle carries one of them, offering a new interpretation of the timeless characters from Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland; this bottle features the striking crowned figure on a red and orange label. The result is a work of art inside and out.

Because every barrel is different, each bottle is a one-of-a-kind expression of Heigold, which makes it a natural collectible and gift for bourbon and Alice in Wonderland fans alike.

Pour it neat and give it a moment, or add a few drops of water.

Bourbon must be made in the United States from a mash of at least 51% corn and aged in new charred oak containers, and straight bourbon must be aged at least two years. Those rules give bourbon its characteristic sweetness, with caramel and vanilla drawn from the charred barrels.

Specifications

Producer: Rabbit Hole Distillery

Style: Kentucky Straight Bourbon, single barrel, cask strength

Mash Bill: High rye, double malted (Heigold)

Proof / ABV: 108.6 proof (54.3% ABV)

Region: Louisville, Kentucky, United States

Size: 750ml

How to Enjoy It

Sip it neat, then add a few drops of water to open it up.
