rebecca-creek-fine-texas-small-batch-bourbon-whiskey-750ml
Rebecca Creek Fine Texas Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey 750ml

Rebecca Creek Small Batch is a refined Texas whiskey from Rebecca Creek Distillery in San Antonio, a small-batch blended bourbon whiskey bottled at 87 proof (43.5% ABV).

While the distillery is best known for its blended whiskey, this small-batch version is made for those seeking a more traditional, whiskey-forward experience, with a slightly higher proof for added structure. It draws from a hand-selected group of barrels chosen for consistent character, and Texas's dramatic temperature swings, with hot summers driving the spirit deep into the charred oak and cool winters pulling it back, concentrate flavour.

Built from a classic bourbon grain bill of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley, it balances corn sweetness, rye spice and soft barrel character. The aroma leans into vanilla and graham cracker, the palate brings soft wood tannins, caramel and vanilla, and the finish adds sweet oak, chocolate, smoke and cherry.

A smooth taste of Texas, it makes a welcome gift.

Enjoy it neat, over ice or in classic whiskey cocktails.

Bourbon must be made in the United States from a mash of at least 51% corn and aged in new charred oak containers, and straight bourbon must be aged at least two years.
