As a rhum agricole, it is distilled from freshly pressed sugarcane juice rather than molasses, using column distillation.

The XO is the flagship aged expression of the estate, matured in re-charred bourbon barrels of various toasts for a spiced, powerful profile.

Golden in colour, it offers fruity notes of candied fruit, dried fruit, jam and spice on the nose, and a complex, round palate.
