Its bourbon is made from 100% Colorado grain, a mash of 70% #2 dent corn, 15% Elbon rye and 15% malted barley, mashed with Rocky Mountain water, distilled on the distillery's custom CARL stills and aged in level 3 charred new American oak. It is distilled, aged and bottled entirely on site in Basalt, Colorado.

Woody Creek's bourbon brings a forward nose of vanilla, caramel and oak with just enough spice to get your attention, finishing with caramel, a touch of honey and oats. This single barrel, chosen as Midnight Sundae, leans into a rich, dessert-like profile.

One barrel from the Rockies, it is a memorable gift for bourbon lovers.

Sip it neat, then add a few drops of water.

Bourbon must be made in the United States from a mash of at least 51% corn and aged in new charred oak containers, and straight bourbon must be aged at least two years.
