Due to the nature of premium and limited-release spirits, all sales at Hidden Casks are final.

We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

🛑 Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order:

• Requests must be made immediately after placing the order
• Orders that have not yet been processed may be eligible for cancellation at our discretion
• Approved cancellations may be subject to a 10% restocking fee

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

📦 Shipping Issues & Protection

Hidden Casks offers optional Shipping Protection at checkout.

If Shipping Protection IS selected:

You may be eligible for resolution in the following cases:

• Lost packages
• Stolen deliveries
• Significant damage during transit

Resolutions may include:

• Replacement (if available)
• Store credit
• Refund (at our discretion)

If Shipping Protection is NOT selected:

Hidden Casks is not responsible for:

• Lost shipments
• Stolen packages
• Damage caused during transit

⚠️ Damaged Items

If your order arrives significantly damaged:

• You must contact us within 3 business days of delivery
• Include:
  
  Order number
  Photos of the packaging and product
  
  

If approved and the item is in stock:
👉 A replacement will be issued

If the item is unavailable:
👉 Store credit may be issued

📬 Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item:

• Notify us within 3 business days
• We will provide a return label for the incorrect item

Once received:

• We will ship the correct item (if available)
• If unavailable, store credit will be issued

🚫 Failed Deliveries & Refused Shipments

If a delivery attempt fails or is refused:

• The order may be returned to us
• A 25% restocking fee will be applied
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If the shipment was originally free:
👉 A $40 shipping and handling fee will be deducted

If the product is returned damaged due to failed delivery attempts:
👉 You may be responsible for the full value of the order

Hidden Casks reserves the right to:

• Correct pricing errors
• Cancel or adjust orders due to incorrect listings

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• The recipient is also 21+

Orders will only be delivered to individuals who can provide valid ID and signature.
