Hidden Casks specializes in premium and rare spirits. We take great care in packaging and shipping every order to ensure it arrives safely and securely.

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse in Southern California.

📍 Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship within the United States only
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
  • All shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery

⏱️ Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days
  • During high-demand periods or limited releases, processing may take longer
  • Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day

Delivery Speeds:

  • Secure Delivery (Standard): Typically 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Expedited Options: Available at checkout (2-Day, Overnight, etc.)

🛡️ Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection must be selected at checkout to cover:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen deliveries
  • Damage during transit

If Shipping Protection is not selected, Hidden Casks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

Minor cosmetic damage to packaging or labels may occur during transit and does not qualify for replacement or refund.

⚠️ Delivery Requirements

  • You must be 21 years or older to purchase
  • A valid ID and adult signature (21+) are required at delivery
  • Carriers will not leave packages unattended

📦 Failed Deliveries & Returns

If delivery attempts fail or are refused:

  • The order may be returned to us
  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If a returned package is damaged due to failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for the full order value.

📬 Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

  • Address changes must be requested immediately after placing your order
  • We will make a best effort to update, but cannot guarantee changes once processing begins
  • Any additional fees related to address corrections will be the customer’s responsibility

🧾 Order Accuracy & Issues

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.

  • Missing or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days
  • To report an issue, please include:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the item(s) received

🍷 Alcohol Shipping Compliance

By placing an order, you confirm:

  • You are at least 21 years of age
  • The recipient is also 21+
  • You are legally allowed to receive alcohol in your state

Shipping laws vary by state. You are responsible for complying with all local and state regulations regarding alcohol delivery.

📦 Title & Responsibility

Title to all goods passes to the customer at the time the order is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Hidden Casks is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses once the shipment is in transit unless Shipping Protection is purchased.

🌡️ Weather & Special Handling

Extreme temperatures may affect certain products.

If you would like to delay shipment due to weather conditions, please contact us prior to shipment.

🔄 Out of Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase:

  • We will notify you
  • A refund will be issued for the unavailable item

Hidden Casks is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by carriers or external factors
  • Issues resulting from non-compliance with local laws
