Amatiteña Blanco is an additive-free, 100% blue agave tequila from NOM 1477 in Amatitán, Jalisco, made by maestro tequilero Alberto Partida and bottled at 42% ABV (84 proof).
It is double distilled and bottled unaged.
It shows cooked agave, anise, mint, citrus and light smoke on the nose, with minerality.
The palate brings light natural sweetness, citrus, earthiness, thyme and a touch of brine and pepper, with a round, balanced finish.
It is a characterful, traditional blanco from the heart of the Tequila valley. We also carry Amatiteña Reposado, Añejo and Blanco Origen.
