Bandero Café is a small-batch coffee liqueur made with Bandero's 100% Blue Weber agave Blanco tequila and coffee essence, smooth yet dry, bottled at 70 proof (35% ABV) in the brand's leather-wrapped canteen bottle.
Bandero makes its tequila by hand in small batches from Blue Weber agave matured for seven years in the red clay soil of Jalisco's Los Altos Highlands. Café builds on its award-winning Blanco as the foundation, offering a rich, dessert-like alternative to standard coffee liqueurs without losing the bright character of the agave.
The finest coffee beans are used to produce a coffee essence, which is added to Bandero tequila. It is presented in an eco-conscious canteen-style bottle made from recycled glass and wrapped in leather, here in black.
Dark, rich brown in the glass, it is smooth yet dry, with aromas and flavors of fresh roasted coffee, chocolate and vanilla over a clean agave base.
Pour it over ice, add it to an Espresso Martini or a Carajillo, or stir it into a White Russian with tequila. It is also a treat over vanilla ice cream.
