Espanita Blanco is a handcrafted, single-estate 100% blue agave tequila made by traditional artisanal methods in collaboration with Pitbull, bottled fresh from the still at 80 proof (40% ABV).
Crafted from mature highland blue agave using ancestral production techniques, it is meant to be the purest expression of the Highlands' blue agave. Espanita is produced at Impulsoro Rombo (NOM 1467) in Jalisco, and because the blanco goes straight from the still to the bottle, it keeps the intense, clean, herbaceous flavors of freshly baked agave.
Silvery, colorless and of impeccable purity, it is bursting with candied aromas and flavors of marzipan, chocolate mint, sage, bay leaf and lemongrass, alongside zesty, peppery notes of baked agave. The entry is silky smooth, harmonious and creamy in texture, with a vibrant, fruity, light-to-medium body.

Blanco tequila is bottled unaged or rested for less than two months, so it shows the agave at its purest: bright, peppery and fresh. It is the classic choice for margaritas and palomas, and a good blanco is just as rewarding sipped neat.
Tequila can only be made from blue Weber agave in five designated Mexican states, chiefly Jalisco, and the finest bottlings are made from 100% agave. Sipping tequila is best enjoyed from a narrow-rimmed glass that concentrates the aromas, at room temperature and without salt or lime, so the character of the agave and the barrel can come through.
