It was founded by three friends after a trip to Jalisco in search of the finest example of Mexico's famous traditional spirit. What they found was a distillery that employs traditional processes while being environmentally friendly. Thoughtfully crafted, JAJA is sweet and herbal, inspired by the lightness of free-spirited days and intimate nights.
The Blanco was voted 2023 Tequila of the Year by the London Spirits Competition. It is GMO-free and gluten-free, vegan-friendly and OK Kosher certified.

Blanco tequila is bottled unaged or rested for less than two months, so it shows the agave at its purest: bright, peppery and fresh. It is the classic choice for margaritas and palomas, and a good blanco is just as rewarding sipped neat.
Tequila can only be made from blue Weber agave in five designated Mexican states, chiefly Jalisco, and the finest bottlings are made from 100% agave. Sipping tequila is best enjoyed from a narrow-rimmed glass that concentrates the aromas, at room temperature and without salt or lime, so the character of the agave and the barrel can come through.
