The Macallan Harmony Collection: Inspired by Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea is the fifth edition of the series, created with JING Tea and bottled at 43.9%.
The collaboration explores the parallels between tea-making and whisky maturation, taking cues from a rare Dan Cong oolong. The packaging uses waste tea leaves as a design element. It was released from August 2025.
The whisky was mostly matured in sherry-seasoned American oak, with smaller parts in sherry-seasoned European oak and ex-bourbon American oak.
