Pantalones was co-founded by Matthew and Camila McConaughey as an organic tequila with the lively sweetness of blue Weber agave. Its reposado isn't just aged longer than most; it is "relaxed" in ex-whisky American oak for nine months, which turns it into a smooth sipper.
Expect cooked agave, decadent vanilla and a hospitable hint of oak. The long rest gives more depth and roundness than a typical reposado while keeping the agave front and center. It earned a Double Gold medal at the SIP Awards.

Reposado, meaning rested, is tequila aged between two months and a year in oak, which gives it a pale gold colour and a gentle touch of wood while keeping the agave bright and lively.
Tequila can only be made from blue Weber agave in five designated Mexican states, chiefly Jalisco, and the finest bottlings are made from 100% agave. Sipping tequila is best enjoyed from a narrow-rimmed glass that concentrates the aromas, at room temperature and without salt or lime, so the character of the agave and the barrel can come through.
