Quintaliza Reposado is a certified organic, additive-free tequila matured in two kinds of barrel, ex-bourbon casks and barrels seasoned with organic Chiapas coffee, and bottled at 40% ABV.
It is the work of fourth-generation maestra tequilera Iliana Partida and is produced at Hacienda de Oro in Amatitán, Jalisco, in the historic agave-growing Valle del Tequila. Organically grown blue Weber agave and the signature coffee-barrel maturation set this reposado apart.
The nose opens with roasted coffee and caramelised agave over earthy undertones, giving way to bitter chocolate. The palate is rich and layered with roasted coffee, toasted oak and decadent chocolate, grounded by subtly sweet agave and a smooth, lasting mouthfeel.
In its dark, striking bottle, it makes a distinctive gift for tequila and coffee lovers.

Reposado, meaning rested, is tequila aged between two months and a year in oak, which gives it a pale gold colour and a gentle touch of wood while keeping the agave bright and lively.
Tequila can only be made from blue Weber agave in five designated Mexican states, chiefly Jalisco, and the finest bottlings are made from 100% agave. Sipping tequila is best enjoyed from a narrow-rimmed glass that concentrates the aromas, at room temperature and without salt or lime, so the character of the agave and the barrel can come through.
