Taittinger Prestige Rosé is a non-vintage brut rosé Champagne known for its vibrant salmon-pink colour and for a high proportion of Chardonnay, which gives it the elegance that is the signature of the house of Taittinger. It is bottled at 12.5% ABV.
The blend brings together Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and about 30% Chardonnay, a large share for a rosé. Its colour and depth come from still red wine made from Pinot Noir, around 12 to 15% of the blend, added during assemblage in the traditional way.
That combination gives a rosé that is fresh and youthful, with a delicate balance of fruit and structure: the Chardonnay brings finesse and lightness, while the Pinot Noir adds red fruit and body.
In the glass it shows red fruit such as strawberry, cherry and raspberry, with a chalky minerality and a slightly yeasty finish. The palate is lively and elegant, with a fine, chalky texture.
It is a versatile, food-friendly rosé that is equally at home as an aperitif, with a summer lunch or at a celebration, and a beautiful gift for anyone who loves Champagne.

How to Enjoy It
Serve Taittinger Prestige Rosé chilled, around 46 to 50°F, in a tulip glass or a white wine glass. Its red fruit and freshness pair well with salmon, tuna, prawns, charcuterie, roast duck and red berry desserts, and it is a delightful aperitif on its own. Chill the bottle for a few hours in the refrigerator, or for about twenty minutes in an ice bucket filled with ice and water, and open it gently so the fine bubbles stay in the glass.
