Mitchell & Son bottles it to honor seven generations of the Mitchell family and their long partnership with the Speri winery in Italy, formed in the 1920s.

The whiskey spent 16 months in Recioto della Valpolicella casks. Producer notes describe red apple and dark fruit on the nose, with sweet red berry and toffee apple on the palate.
