Booker's 2025-03 Jerry's Batch is an uncut and unfiltered Kentucky straight bourbon aged 7 years, 4 months and 21 days and bottled at 124.7 proof (62.35% ABV), honoring former master distiller Jerry Dalton.

It blends barrels from seven production dates aged in nine warehouses, with each source making up about 11% of the blend, from a mash bill of 77% corn, 13% rye and 10% malted barley.

The notes are cinnamon, toasted almond, caramel and vanilla on the nose, and baking spices, charred oak and brown sugar on the finish.
