Tequila Ocho Añejo is a single estate, vintage-dated añejo tequila aged one year in ex-American whiskey casks, bottled at 40% ABV.
Ocho is made by Tomas Estes and the Camarena family. Each release comes from a single estate field, the first vintage-dated tequila of its kind, so each year tastes a little different.
The añejo is aged one year in third-fill white oak, which adds complexity without covering the agave.
