Heaven Hill Heritage Collection 2025 is a 19 year old Kentucky straight wheat whiskey, the oldest wheat whiskey the distillery has released, made from 277 barrels filled in August and September 2005 and aged on the fifth and sixth floors of Rickhouse Y, bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof).

The mash bill is 51% wheat, 37% corn and 12% malted barley.

It was announced on February 4, 2025 and rolled out from March 2025.
