Spirit Works Barrel Reserve Sloe Gin is a barrel aged version of the distillery's traditional sloe gin, rested in oak barrels and bottled at 30% ABV.

Spirit Works in Sebastopol, California starts from its own gin base and adds whole organic European sloe berries. The oak calms some of the tartness and rounds the flavor.
