Rabbit Hole Founder's Collection Amburana is a 12 year old Kentucky straight bourbon finished in Brazilian amburana oak, bottled at cask strength, 125.4 proof.

It is the seventh release in the Rabbit Hole Founder's Collection, issued in late 2023. Amburana is a wood traditionally used to age cachaça.

The mash bill is 78% corn, 12% malted barley and 10% rye. The Brazilian wood adds cinnamon, gingerbread and vanilla.
