Angel's Envy Cellar Collection Vol. 5 is a straight rye finished up to 12 months in French oak extra añejo tequila barrels, bottled at 104.2 proof.

The rye was aged up to seven years, finished in the tequila barrels, then blended with an older rye aged over 11 years. Master Distiller Owen Martin chose the barrels at Hacienda Patrón in Jalisco, owned by the same company, Bacardi.
