Volans 7 Year Extra Añejo is an additive-free tequila from the El Pandillo distillery (NOM 1579) in Jalisco, aged six years in American white oak bourbon barrels and a seventh year in French oak, then rested six months in stainless steel, bottled at 42.3% ABV.

It is made from estate-grown Blue Weber agave under Master Distiller Felipe J. Camarena and founders Chad and Cristina Allen.

The release is limited to 1,234 bottles.
