Herradura Reposado is a tequila aged 11 months in charred American white oak barrels, longer than the industry standard for reposados, and bottled at 40% ABV.
The extra time in oak gives a deep copper color and a rounded taste.
The notes are cooked agave over anise, fruit and spice, with sweet agave, vanilla and butter on the palate and a smooth, sweet finish with a hint of spice.
