The base wines come from Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada grapes. The label honors Miquel Torres Carbó, who rebuilt the winery after the Spanish Civil War.

Tasters find caramel, vanilla, dates and toasted hazelnuts, with cedar, cinnamon and dried fruit.
