Woody Creek 100% Potato Vodka is made from Rio Grande russet, Chepita and Lady Claire potatoes grown on the distillery's Colorado farms, bottled at 40% ABV.

The potatoes are mashed fresh and distilled once in a custom column still, then proofed with water from the Aspen area.

It won Double Gold at the 2015 San Francisco World Spirits Competition and scored 93 from Wine Enthusiast.
