Evan Williams Bottled-in-Bond is a 100 proof (50% ABV) Kentucky straight bourbon, the product of one season, one distiller and one distillery, aged at least four years in new charred American oak.
It is made from 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley and named for Evan Williams, who opened Kentucky's first distillery in 1783.
The notes are caramel with vanilla, oak and barley on the nose, citrus over vanilla and black pepper on the palate, and a warm, long, dry finish.
