Wild Turkey 101 is a Kentucky straight bourbon made from 75% corn, 13% rye and 12% malted barley, double distilled through a column still and copper doubler and bottled at 101 proof (50.5% ABV), here in a 1 liter size.

It matures in American white oak barrels and the blend draws on bourbons of about 6 to 8 years.

The notes are vanilla, caramel and spice, with brown sugar, toffee and a hint of orange citrus.
