Woody Creek Distillers Cask Strength Colorado Straight Bourbon is a six year old bourbon made from 100% locally grown grains, aged in deeply charred new American oak and bottled undiluted from a single barrel.

The grains are milled and mashed on site, distilled in custom copper stills and cut with Rocky Mountain spring water.

The notes are cinnamon and allspice, with a finish of sweet honey and caramel.
