Deau XO is a blend of eaux-de-vie mostly from Petite Champagne and Fins Bois, distilled from Ugni Blanc and aged in Limousin oak.

Deau describes its qualities as harmony, richness and generosity. The cognac is amber to almost mahogany in color.

It is bottled at 40% ABV.
