Oxley Cold Distilled London Dry Gin is a small batch London dry gin made by cold distillation and bottled at 47% ABV.

Oxley took eight years and 38 recipes to develop. Cold distillation lets the botanicals keep their fresh character, including fresh-frozen citrus peels used in place of dried peel.

The recipe uses 14 botanicals, among them juniper, coriander, cassia bark, liquorice, orris root, almonds, cocoa nibs, vanilla and nutmeg. The spirit is distilled under vacuum at about -5°C.
