• Nose: Oloroso-coated sweet orange, barley and figgy dried fruit with burnt wood and tarry peat.
• Palate: Oily barley and dusty peat turning treacly, tarry and sweet.
• Finish: Long, with caramel and malt weaving through peat smoke and dark sugar.
