The Glenlivet 15 Year Old French Oak Reserve is a Speyside single malt matured in French Limousin oak, the oak used for many Cognacs.
The Limousin wood is cut from France's Dordogne region, and its low density lets the whisky pick up rich fruit, almond and sweet spice.
It is deep gold in color and bottled at 40% ABV.
