Plymouth Sloe Gin is a traditional English sloe gin liqueur made by steeping hand-picked sloe berries in Plymouth Gin with soft Dartmoor water and a modest amount of sugar, matured about four months and bottled at 26% ABV (52 proof).
It follows a recipe Plymouth first used in 1883.
Sugar is kept low so the fruit's tartness comes through, and nothing is added for flavor or color.
