Faretti Biscotti Famosi is an Italian liqueur inspired by biscotti baked in rustic brick ovens in the Dolomites, with delicately layered nuts, citrus and fennel.

It is made by Giori Distillati Trentini in Volano and imported by Chatham Imports, and won a Double Gold at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

The base is vodka sweetened with beet sugar, with citrus, nuts, fennel and caramel.
