Senior & Co. The Genuine Curaçao is an orange liqueur made on the island of Curaçao with peels of the Laraha, a bitter orange grown there, bottled at 31% ABV.

The Senior family began producing liqueur on the island in the late 1800s and ordered a copper still in 1896.

Sun-dried Laraha peels are steeped in a copper still with cane spirit and water, followed by spices, before distillation. The result is a sweet profile with candied orange and bitter peel.
