The brand finished 25 barrels of its Signature Kentucky Straight Rye after a trip to the Caribbean inspired the idea. It won a gold medal at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

The mash bill is 95% rye and 5% malted barley, finished at least six months in rum barrels. It comes in an apothecary-style embossed bottle with a metal cup cap.
