Clement Rhum VSOP 750 ml

Rhum Clément VSOP is an AOC Martinique rhum vieux agricole distilled from sugar cane juice, aged at least four years in virgin Limousin barriques and re-charred bourbon casks and bottled at 40% ABV.

It comes from Habitation Clément in Le François, founded in 1887.

The notes are roasted cocoa, caramel and dried fruit on the nose, coconut, banana crème brûlée and nuts on the palate, and a long finish of charred sugarcane, coconut custard and pepper.
