Mezan Guyana 2005 is a single distillery Demerara rum from Diamond Distillery, made in the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, aged about ten years in ex-bourbon barrels and bottled at 40% ABV.

It matures first in Guyana and then in continental Europe. Mezan adds no color or sugar, and the rum gets only a light filtration.

The profile is ester-rich and fruity with strong pot-still character.
